We brake for cake, a girls scavenger hunt on bicycles, is happening in Sydney this weekend. I have an obsession with vintage style bikes and would LOVE to go but will be away this weekend. Why is it that good stuff always happens on the same weekend? I have a giant 50′s style cruiser in a colour that can only be described as Banana. Oh how my friends laughed at me when I bought it 5 years ago – actually I think most of them are still laughing but I love it.

oh no fair…living in Sydney AND a banana yellow cruiser AND all those cute g-rafs and owls hanging out with you. Too much.

Oh I so wish you could come along for the hunt this weekend…but don’t worry we have other exciting events planned so hopefully next time you won’t have other plans!

Ooo how Cool! How’d you hear about that?
We had a collection of old dragsta’s about 10 years ago that we did up. Great fun old things. We’ve still got 2 new remakes that we bought ages ago, they don’t see much of the road these days though…bit hard to fit a kiddie seat!
